Warm Summer Rain
The warm summer rain,
on tall window glass.
Falling fast,
in the dark and vast expanse of night.
Clouds fly west
with the wind.
So it ends and begins.
A new door to a dawn unseen.
Places unbeen, and richness.
Ample fulfilment,
attainment of love.
Liquid relief from heat, from above.
Sizzling and spatting.
Tip-tapping cool rest.
Calmness, and peace,
and all that is best.
Warm summer rain,
to end summer's fire.
Liquid relief from burning desire.
