About this painting

One of two simple and small paintings, originally painted for the Visual Arts Cheshire art collective.

The painting shows a large, god-like figure looming over a valley that at first seems desolate, but there are hints of life everywhere, green shoots, and tree-like objects that are ambiguous in their shape. Are these shoots or dead branches?

Two tiny figures lie in the grass as dawn breaks.
