About this game

Roton is a fast-paced arena shooter. You awake trapped in an insane universe. Pilot your Manta fighter and destroy increasing numbers of enemies. The aim of the game is to continue fighting until you can fight no more.

Roton is one of several mouse-controlled 'circle shooters' from my game canon. This is one of my earliest PC games, first released in December 1999.

Roton was briefly bundled on CD-ROM with Martian Rover Patrol and Trax, and published by Crystal Interactive in around the year 2000. The game was designed to run from CD-ROM and for many years was unavailable. In 2023 I remastered the game for modern computers, so now you can enjoy Roton for the first time in over 20 years.
