About this event
An event for schools supported by The Portico Library Manchester and curated by Paul Morris for World Poetry Day. Deborah Edgeley and Mark Sheeky performed some poems from Testing The Delicates as Fall in Green, and read and performed new material written by visiting school children.
Several other poets read poems at the event, including Judy Morris, John Keane from the Write Out Loud group, local dialect poet Dave Williamson, Jack Littler, as well as host Paul Morris. During the event, Linda Cosgriff held a workshop for the visiting children who varied in age from 7 to 14. |
